Cascade Neuropsychology only accepts Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Out-of-Network Services

While we may be considered out-of-network with your health insurance, the reimbursement process is typically straightforward. Most plans require just a single form submission along with your Superbill, which we’ll provide after your feedback session—this marks the completion of your evaluation. Many insurance companies issue reimbursements within approximately 45 days. To receive an estimate of your potential reimbursement, please complete the intake form.

We are unable to accept Medicaid patients at this time.

Prior Authorization

Some insurance plans require prior authorization for neuropsychological evaluations. Call your insurance company and ask if you need prior authorization.

Ask your insurance representative to fax it to 360-785-2016 or simply give us the authorization number when it’s convenient for you.
