Cascade Neuropsychology is a collaborative, supportive, and mission‑driven practice specializing in neuropsychology, rehabilitation psychology, trauma‑informed care, and Washington State L&I populations. This position is fully remote, with optional in‑person opportunities for clinicians local to Bellingham or Mount Vernon, WA.

Position Overview

We are seeking an EMDR‑Certified LMHC or Psychologist to join our team. We offer both part‑time and full‑time roles, and all clinicians begin with a lower initial caseload to acclimate comfortably before building to their preferred schedule.

This is a fee‑for‑service position, with competitive earnings and generous benefits.

Compensation

  • Annual earnings: typically $80,000 – $115,000, depending on part‑time or full‑time schedule

  • Fee‑for‑service pay structure

  • Minimum caseload: 16 clients/week

  • Full‑time caseload: 24 clients/week

Clinical Focus

Our practice works extensively with:

  • Individuals with trauma, brain injuries, chronic pain, and complex medical issues

  • Washington State L&I patients

  • Clients seeking EMDR and other evidence‑based trauma treatments

  • Health and Rehabilitation Psychology experience is a strong plus.

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a strong plus

Required Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted LMHC, PhD, PsyD in Washington State

  • EMDR Certification (full certification required)

  • Ability to work remotely during PNW hours

  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to work semi‑independently

  • Commitment to trauma‑informed and evidence‑based care

Office Administrator

📍 Location: Bellingham, WA
💰 Pay: $22/hour
🕒 Schedule: Part-time 22-28 hours per week. Monday through Thursday. 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

About the Role

Our fast-paced, detail-oriented mental health practice is seeking a highly organized and motivated bilingual (Spanish/English) Office Assistant to support administrative operations. This role requires strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills when interacting with clients, providers, and professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate data entry and medical billing (submitting claims, handling denied payments, reprocessing, etc.).

  • Professional telephone communications and client coordination.

  • Filing and document management to maintain organized records.

  • Other administrative duties as requested.

  • Punctuality. We are looking for someone who consistently arrives on time and communicates their availability clearly and proactively. 

What We're Looking For

We are seeking applicants with Washington Labor & Industries experience or other health care administration experience.

Other essential skills include:

✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 11.

✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✔️ Must be fluent in both English and Spanish

✔️ Ability to learn internal billing software and WA Labor & Industries claim account center tools.

✔️ Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

✔️ Friendly attitude. Be willing to jump in and help when needed.
